Terms of Service

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using InnTable. By downloading, installing, or using the InnTable app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use InnTable.
⚠ Important Notice — Dietary Information Is Not Medical Advice

InnTable helps you communicate dietary preferences and lifestyle choices to hotel kitchens. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Do not enter medical diagnoses, prescription information, specific allergy severity (e.g. "anaphylactic"), or any information you would share only with a doctor. If you have a life-threatening allergy or a medically managed dietary condition, always speak directly with the hotel's head chef and a qualified medical professional — in addition to, or instead of, using InnTable.

1. What InnTable Does

InnTable is a mobile application that helps plant-based and dietary-restriction travellers communicate their food preferences to hotels. You create a dietary profile, and InnTable uses that profile to generate a personalised letter that is sent to your hotel's food and beverage team before your arrival. The hotel then replies directly to your email address.

InnTable is a communication tool only. We do not make bookings, manage reservations, or guarantee any specific outcome from any hotel.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use InnTable. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the service. By using InnTable, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@inntable.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Dietary Information — Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the dietary information you enter into InnTable. InnTable generates letters based on the information you provide. If that information is incomplete, inaccurate, or does not fully reflect your dietary needs, the resulting letter may not adequately represent your requirements.

It is your responsibility to review every letter InnTable generates before it is sent, and to ensure it accurately represents your needs. You can preview and edit the letter before sending.

6. Limitation of Liability — Hotels and Food Safety

Please read this section carefully

InnTable is a communication service that transmits your dietary preferences to hotels. We have no control over how hotels, their kitchen staff, or their food service providers handle, prepare, or respond to your dietary request. By using InnTable, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InnTable's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your InnTable subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

INNTABLE PROVIDES THE SERVICE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

InnTable offers a free plan and paid Pro plans. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Payments are billed through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. InnTable does not directly process refunds for App Store purchases.

8. Free Plan Limits

The free plan allows up to 3 hotel letter sends per calendar month. Unused sends do not roll over. InnTable reserves the right to change free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

All letters sent via InnTable — on any plan, including Pro — include an InnTable watermark or attribution line. This is a permanent feature of the service.

9. Intellectual Property

The InnTable app, its design, content, and underlying technology are owned by InnTable and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The letters generated by InnTable are created for your personal use. You may share them with hotels and relevant parties for their intended purpose.

10. Privacy

Your use of InnTable is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Termination

You may stop using InnTable and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm other users, hotels, or InnTable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of InnTable after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of InnTable shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
